Expedition center is a Spaceport building in Aven Colony.

Allows you to send expedition teams on missions outside the colony, including rescues, scientific analysis, resource acquisition, combat missions, hardware recovery, and more. Every expedition center has its own ship assigned, with a randomly-determined named. While expensive, multiple ships allow you to deploy missions faster.
Strategy[ | ]
- While expensive, making a beeline for the expedition center can be very effective. Collecting cargo pods and saving colonists can provide a major boost to your economy, as long as you return the ship to the colony every now and then.
- Importantly, while attacking creep and plague nests, there is a rather high chance that the ship will make an emergency return. Building a hospital and scrubber drone hub near the expedition center(s) is a very good idea.
